This above is our chefs take on a true British classic of a childhood favourite in fish and chips. We serve it with the ultimate chip which our chefs have even gone the length of creating their own chip fat oil in order to replicate a chip shop chip.

The fish itself is a tasty classic Cornish cod with a scallop and dill mousse. the dish is finished with a warm delicious tartar sauce.
