Enjoy a glass of chilled Bubbles with canapés before we whisk you off to the Chef’s Table, right in the heart of the kitchen. Head Chef Jamie Pearce and his team will take you on a culinary journey featuring signature dishes from L’Ortolan and (if you have chosen the wine flight option – see below) these will be paired with wines carefully selected by our Sommelier.
The Chef’s Table is located directly in front of the Pass so you have a fabulous uninterrupted view of the preparation and dressing of dishes as they are finished off to perfection before being sent out to guests. The chefs and front of house team guide you through each course, sharing their knowledge and passion for the food and wine they are serving.
My Husband and I spent a fantastic evening yesterday at the Chef’s Table. We were there for almost four hours and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. Many thanks to Jamie and every single member of staff who all engaged with us throughout the evening and made the experience even more special.
