Childrens Etiquette Courses Restaurant Reading
£109 per session per child (age 5 to 7) Lunch included
£119 per session per child (age 8 to 11) Dinner included
A fun and practical series of courses taught in an interactive setting learning about good manners needn’t be boring. Children will learn how to greet and introduce themselves when meeting new people, how to use socially polite words and language during a conversation.
Topics such as posture, body language a first impressions will all be covered alongside, table manners and manners at school/public places. Included is a series of animation programmes and activities that will develop their social and emotional skills.
We will be running three sessions for 5-7yrs old £109pp (per session). For 8-11yr olds we will be running two sessions for £119 pp per session.
Please note it is not mandatory to do all the sessions.
Dress code is smart casual with no hoodies or sportswear.
When the children are learning upstairs in the private dining rooms, parent(s) are welcome to dine in our main restaurant and enjoy four courses for £54 with a complimentary tea/coffee.

For 5-7yrs old
Session 1
SATURDAY 4TH NOVEMBER (AGES 5-7YRS OLD)
11:15am Arrival
11:30am Main Session
In this session, you can expect your child to learn:
– an introduction to English dining etiquette and good table manners
– understanding a place setting
– correct hold and use of cutlery
– napkins and glasses
– posture and good body language
12:30 pm – lunch (putting lesson into practice)
1:30 pm – certificate time and time to say goodbye
Session 2
SATURDAY 25TH NOVEMBER (AGES 5-7YRS OLD)
11:15 am Arrival
11:30 am Main Session
In this session, you can expect your child to learn:
– meeting a new people – greetings and introductions
– appropriate conversations
– how to make a good first impression
– polite everyday words
– dining etiquette and table manners
12:30pm – lunch (putting lesson into practice)
1:30pm – certificate time and time to say goodbye
Session 3
11:15 am – Arrival
11:30 am – Main Session
In this session, you can expect your child to learn:
– Christmas traditions
– Party manners for host or guests
– gift giving and receiving
– how to write a thank you note
– dining etiquette and table manners
12:30 pm – Festive lunch (putting the lesson into practice)
1:30 pm – certificate time and time to say goodbye
For 8-11yrs old
