The name derives from its green colour which is from the inclusion of creme de menthe. In New York in 1928 it came in second place in a cocktail contest, but this is definitely a winner for us.

30ml heavy cream milk
30ml cacao liquor
30ml creme de menthe
Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
The perfect after dinner cocktail.
