POSTAGE & PACKAGING
We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. A standard postage & packaging charge will apply to vouchers that are requested to be delivered by post.
All vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by us. Service charge not included unless otherwise stated. All experience vouchers are subject to availability.
All Black Friday Vouchers bought in 2023 are valid for 3 months from January 1st until March 31st 2024. They are not valid for special days (eg Valentines day) or any Event days during this period and are not valid during December 23.
All vouchers will state the validity period. The voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date printed on the voucher. Product Vouchers (ie non monetary Vouchers) cannot be redeemed on special days eg Valentines day, Mothers day, Fathers day, at any time during December, nor in conjunction with other special offers or events.
If there are any errors on your voucher please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 0118 9888 500 (during our office hours) so we can rectify any mistakes.
All vouchers feature a unique reference identification code and may only be redeemed once. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
The unique reference code must be quoted at the time of booking, and the voucher (either paper or digital on the mobile) must be brought with you on the day of your reservation.
No change will be given on vouchers. If you require smaller denominations of monetary vouchers please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0118 988 9107 before the date of you booking.
We cannot accept responsibility if the recipient loses a voucher. We may be able to cancel the original voucher and issue another one if the voucher is still valid. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 0118 9888 500 during office hours.
NON-ARRIVALS AND CANCELLATIONS
A booking must be secured with a credit card, and if a voucher is to be used then voucher details should be given at the time of booking. If the booker does not turn up or cancels within the cancellation period, then if the credit card was used to secure the booking, a cancellation charge will be made on the card. If the voucher was used to secure the booking then it will be forfeited. The customer can choose either the voucher or a credit card to secure the booking when making their reservation.
When you make a purchase we collect certain information to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose.
We will not disclose your details to anybody unless required by law to do so or unless you explicitly give us the authority to do so.
All payments details are handled by using Payment Service Provider, and encrypted and secured. None of your card details are held by us.
