2007 Champagne Gosset, Celebris, Extra-Brut
Vintage Champagne
The bubbles are fine and rise in a thin and persistent ribbon. The nose is fresh with smoky and hazelnut aromas also revealing minty, even slightly spicy notes. A fine tension on the palate with notes of brioche. The delightful sharpness of Chardonnay reappears on the finish with a hint of pink grapefruit.

2008 Champagne Gosset Celebris Brut, Rosé
Vintage Rosé
In the past quarter of a century there have been just four vintages of Gosset Celebris Rosé, 1998, 2003, 2007 and now this 2008. This Champagne, of which only 15,000 bottles were produced, was disgorged in April 2021 and is comprised of 72% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir. Notes of strawberry jam, mint, ripe black cherry, black pepper and tangy blood orange are accompanied by a saline finish.

The 2012 vintage of Gosset’s Celebris Brut is a marvellous expression, exhibiting a palate of immense depth, with flavours ranging from jasmine and acacia to pear cake and vanilla madeleines.

Champagne Gosset 12 Ans de Cave a minimal Rosé Brut
This Champagne Rosé has a copper colour with golden-pink nuances. To the nose it smells of strawberry jam, figue, and a cocktail of spices including black pepper, hawthorn and cherry kitsch. On the palate it has a lively and fresh attack with notes of cherry, lemon and blood orange. This particular Cuvée has refined in the bottle for 12 years on it’s own yeasts and the maturity that the wine has acquired in the cellar allows it to rest for many more years maintaining it’s great freshness.

2012 Champagne Gosset, Celebris, Blanc de Blanc
The very first edition of Gosset Celebris Blanc de Blancs Vintage.
It is a limited edition of 15,000 bottles.
The colour is golden with emerald reflections and particularly fine bubbles.
The nose is fresh, with a hint of menthol spicing up the fruity aromas of pink grapefruit and frangipane.
The attack is clear and fresh with a touch of lemon. On the mid-palate, the wine evokes a range of gourmet aromas: apples baked in salted butter, tarte tatin, far breton.
This subtle complexity is enhanced by a spicy touch of candied ginger and star anise. The long, tonic and mineral finish evokes fresh pineapples with a touch of citrus.

Champagne Gosset, Grand Blanc de Blancs Brut
A pale golden colour with delicate green tints and a mineral and floral nose revealing aromas of flowers and white fruits, apricots, mirabelles, acidulous lime, citrus, quince paste and soft honey.
On the palate this wine expresses a nice complexity in the finesse. This Blanc de Blancs, lively and structured, will be the ideal companion for the aperitif. Its freshness can also work with different dishes like scallops, crab or even gougères.

Champagne Gosset, Grand Rosé Brut
Description: A salmon-pink hue wine perfect for any occasion. On the nose raspberries, wild strawberries and red currants, blended with more insistent fragrances of sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Rich and full bodied invasion of red fruits such as black currants and morello cherries, lightly structured with an exemplary length and gingerbread finish.
